Beeson. His video shows one technique for testing your
high-voltage gloves for leaks. In the video you will notice the color
orange is outside the glove and a darker color inside. This is
done to make tears and cracks easier to locate. This dual-color
feature costs a bit more.

Scholarship to attend CARS
The Automotive Management Institute (AMI) and
AESwave.com have teamed up to offer a $1000 scholarship to attend
the 2008 Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) in Las
Vegas, Nov. 5-8.
The show hopes to post its training schedule this
month.
This scholarship is part of AES' “Building a
Learning Culture” for Technicians Program. In conjunction with
AMI’s resource development effort, EXCEL, the scholarship is to
help automotive service professionals obtain the management
education and technical training essential for success in today’s
ever-changing industry.
The scholarship will be applied toward expenses to
attend the 2008 Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) at
the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nov. 5-8. Expenses
include airfare, hotel and CARS registration. All arrangements will
be made by AMI.

Trade Show NACAT teacher wins Fluke 88 package
North American Council of Automotive Teachers (NACAT)
was held this year at Penn College of Technology in Williamsport
PA. There were about 300 instructors from the U.S. and Canada in attendance. AESWave.com participated in the Trade Show on
Wednesday and Thursday.
