End of Life
Fluke surprised us with an End-of-Life announcement
for the Battery Pack used in the Fluke 90-series scopes, aka, Fluke
97, Fluke 98, etc....
Because of changes in regulations Fluke has
discontinued the distribution of batteries containing Cadmium.
How do you keep your scope powered up?
Possible alternatives include:
• Use the external charger without a battery.
• Use a non-Fluke NiCAD battery, see below.
• Use non-rechargeable batteries, (model C-cells or R14).
• Use rechargeable batteries (NiMH or NiCad can be used, size C-cell or R14)
with the external charger.
