Scopes supported by the AES Wave!

The AES Wave!™ supports multiple instruments. It can support most equipment that will output a graphical "screen dump" to an Epson compatible printer. If your instrument is not listed and you wish to have it supported contact AES.

Digital Cameras

Images can be captured from most digital cameras available. AES and offers two Olympus digital cameras for purchase. We have found these cameras to offer a good mix of high resolution, dependability, ease of use, and reasonable cost.

If you need help making a selection, there are many resources available online. Perform a web search on any of the popular search engines or listing services for the terms "digital cameras" or "digital camera reviews".

Requirements for photographic input devices:
Any TWAIN-compliant device including scanners, digital cameras, video-to-computer frame grabbers (i.e., Snappy® Converter).

If you already own a video camera, the video-to-computer frame grabber is the most economical solution.

AES Wave!™ Version 1.6.21 System Requirements:

IBM® PC-compatible with 386 processor or faster.
486 or faster is recommended.
8 MB RAM -- 16 MB RAM recommended.
10 MB hard disk space.
Windows 3.1 or later.
VGA card and color monitor. Super VGA recommended.
One free serial port.
