Our Online Store includes product details beyond that of our printed catalog. In addition to color photographs, many product descriptions include application notes, scope settings, and special notes from Jorge. And, of course, our Online Store allows you to purchase online via our secure virtual cart technology. Or, you can choose to phone, mail, or Fax in your order.

If you are ready to order, make use of the convenient ADD TO YOUR SHOPPING CART buttons. The first time you add products to your shopping cart you will be asked to provide your UPS shipping preferences. (Note: Our online system employs a UPS Shipping Calculator to ensure accurate shipping charges.) Next, your shopping cart page appears with options to increase/decrease quantity, empty your cart, modify shipping options, continue shopping, or checkout.

You can use this tool even if you prefer not to order online. Simply print out your shopping cart and use this as a convenient tool when calling to complete your order. When you are prepared to checkout, it is a simple matter of choosing your ordering method (online via secure credit card transaction, by postal mail, by FAX, or by COD) and contact information to complete your order. You will be presented with an order invoice which should be printed for your records. If ordering by mail, print two copies -- one to retain for your records and one to mail to AES with your payment. Online orders via credit card are always followed up by a confirmation e-mail to the address you provide.

For online orders, please review our Shipping Information and rest assured that your information is secure throughout the online process. All orders are reviewed for accuracy prior to completion, and credit card transactions are not processed until your order is ready for shipment. In most cases, order completion is within three days. If any delays are expected, we will contact you immediately.

AES accepts American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa. Purchase Orders are accepted from educational and governmental institutions.

AES Warranty: All AES products are warranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the user with proof of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace any unit found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to abuse, negligence, misuse, accident or which has been altered other than by our express consent and instruction. If the product is defective, return it with proof of purchase for immediate repair/replacement (without charge) to AES. Warranty for non-AES products will be handled by the manufacturer of the product in question. Do feel free to call AES to act as your intermediate or contact point.

Returns: All claims of damaged items or errors must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. All returns must be authorized by AES. 15% restocking fee for returns not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

NOTE: AES reserves the right to change prices without notice and to bill materials at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Prices do not include shipping or any applicable taxes.
