AutoEnginuity does not support UBP based controllers, these are generally found on 2003 to 2004 Trucks and Utility vehicles and are body chassis systems like Air Ride and Parking systems.

Misfire data

If a vehicle provides missfire data then the AutoEnginuity scan tool will display that information in the live datastream display and/or Mode 6 display.

Ford Power Balance graphing

The AE Power Balance graphing for Ford works with V6 and V8 engines and displays the correct firing order across the bottom of the screen.

The darkest line on the graph is the most current event, as time passes it becomes a lighter gray. When a misfire occurs the graph will trend downward indicating the cylinder that is misfiring. This screen was captured from a Lincoln 2007 Navigator and cylinder 5 is misfiring.
