The PRO-LOGIX PL6100 incorporates the features needed for maintaining battery voltage during reprogramming and superior battery management when recharging.
It provides clean power, fast response to load changes, and continuous 100A power for an indefinite period of time.
It features extra-long 13’ cable leads, PowerJaw clamps with angled jaws for improved access in tight engine compartments and a small footprint for compact installation within a diagnostic work station. Its leads are detachable via welding connectors, allowing easy field replacement in the event of damage. The unit features a 1-Year Limited Warranty and is repairable via SOLAR's North American Service Network.
In SUPPLY MODE, the PL6100 provides stable power on demand, up to 100A, to maintain system voltage during reprogramming. It can be programmed to maintain system voltage in a range from 13.1-14.9V, adjustable in 0.1V increments, allowing the operator to dial it in exactly as specified by the OE supplier of the vehicle under service. It features fast load responsiveness for ultra-quick recovery from spikes in system demand and delivers its massive power with minimal voltage ripple, providing a clean flow of power to the vehicle without risk of programming interference.
In CHARGE MODE, the PL6100 incorporates all the advanced charging capabilities found in PRO-LOGIX battery chargers, including fully automatic operation, an advanced, multi-stage charging process, the ability to charge a wide variety of lead acid battery types and the ability to charge even totally discharged batteries. Charge mode compatible with a wide variety of battery types: AGM, Deep Cycle, Flooded Battery, Spiral Wound, Marine.
In addition, it features a battery repair mode to properly manage sulfated batteries and soft start mode for beneficial charging of deeply discharged batteries

Model PL6100 features a compact footprint that is ideal for installation on a benchtop or mobile cart. It features removable cables, including output cables that utilize welding cable connectors for a secure fit, for ease of use and convenient replacement should a cable be damaged.
