does this work with a smart phone or tablet?

It will work on a Windows XP and Windows 7. Windows 8 tablets will work as well, but NOT Windows 8 RT or Windows 8.1 (yet). It will not run on Windows smartphones.

The AutoEnginuity works with pc-based tablets. Not Android or Apple.
