A shop diagnosed a no-start Jeep with a faulty PCM and purchased a new one. John Anello was called in to program the new PCM. However, to his surprise, the solution was something much simpler and far less expensive than a new PCM that needed programming. This case study highlights the value of “awareness during a tough diagnostic situation”.
