Returns

To expedite processing of your return, warranty, repair and any other requests, please contact AESwave.com before returning any merchandise.

 

All claims for shortages or errors must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

 

Customers are permitted to return products within 30-days provided all original packaging and package contents are returned in clean, resalable condition as a new product. For software and video products, the disk and video seals cannot be broken and all packaging and package contents must be returned in clean, resaleable condition as a new product.

 

AESwave.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge when goods are returned where no error on our part exists. We reserve the right to refuse returns when no error on our part exists. Shipping charges are not refundable.
