Using the Power Probe IV on a fuel pressure problem, be careful!

ScannerDanners uses his Power Probe IV on a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 to verify spark, injector pulse and fuel pressure.

He usually would use a digital multimeter, a fuel pressure gauge, and a small pocket screwdriver. But in this video he used the Power Probe IV because the probe's long cables  allowed  him to be connected to the battery while underneath the rusty vehicle to verify the fuel pump power and ground.

This video is related to content covered in his book Engine Performance Diagnostics, Chapter 16,

Tests shown:
- how to test for spark
- how to test for injector pulse with a Power Probe IV
- how to test for fuel pressure without a gauge
- how to test fuel pump power and ground
