Who is the Flatrater?
Jim Wilson was a driveability technician at busy GM dealerships for 35 years where he diagnosed and repaired tens of thousands of driveability concerns. In February of 2000, Jim launched the Flatrater Diagnostics website where he shared many hundreds of indepth diagnostic case studies. For the last 10 years he has developed and taught award winning technical training classes all over the country for a major parts manufacturer.
