Created for fault diagnosis on trucks, tractors, forklifts, boats, combine harvesters, excavators and more, the PQ324 off-highway kit open up new markets and opportunities for you. The successful application of Pico products to these vehicles has been widely demonstrated by the many related case studies published on our website and in newsletters, as well as by a growing HD-OH support forum and community.
The kits contain a modified PS4425A PicoScope having additional protection to better withstand off-highway conditions. The included accessories help users quickly connect and easily carry out non-intrusive and non-invasive measurements on a wide variety of systems and components found in these vehicles.
In support of the new off-highway kits, Pico will be releasing an initial set of ten HD-OH guided tests in the PicoScope software. The tests include information and materials to help HD-OH technicians start their oscilloscope diagnostics journey. Specifically, the tests cover 24 V battery, Bosch Denoxtronic, J1939 communications, engine and hydraulic system and component testing.

Computer Requirements
To ensure that PicoScope operates correctly, you must have a computer with at least the minimum system requirements to run your Windows operating system, which must be one of the versions listed in the following table. The performance of the PicoScope will be better with a more powerful PC, and will benefit from a multi-core processor.
Guided Tests
Pico's team of experts have added ten HD-OH specific tests to the PicoScope 7 Automotive Guided Test library. The tests include information and materials to help HD-OH technicians start their oscilloscope diagnostics journey, including guidance on the method and equipment used to complete the test and capture a waveform. With a pre-loaded example waveform for comparison and the scope settings automatically set, there is no more supportive diagnostic tool for your off-highway vehicle diagnosis.
